Beware the northern enemy
Closing car parks at the beach. What do we think of this? Is it necessary to keep those awful people from the north out of our city? What other way might we have tackled the all too human desire to get out of the house and onto the beach in these lovely autumn days? It is vital that people keep their distance, which they are doing, judging from my local beach that I visit every morning for my daily exercise. Could we have staggered hours so everyone can enjoy the outdoors while keeping everyone safe? I still fail to understand what the difference is between sitting on the beach 1.5m apart to standing on the beach 1.5 m apart. Some car parks are closed and others not – what does that mean? If I park in the open carpark can I get fined?
